Valentine's Day passed not too long ago but it's never too late to enjoy a nice romantic slice of life. So, cozy up with your precious sweetheart and get ready for a bundle of laughs and some unsuspecting tears as you follow the hilarious, sweet, and relate-able story of "Enter Really Long Title Here."
Opening:
This is gonna be short. That's because there's absolutely no opening. It starts with high energy right as you click play! So... uh..... NEXT TOPIC!Opening Rating: NA

Plot:
An unlikely pair, Kaoru, a hardworking "normal" person, and an otaku named Hajime, get married and live life together as they try to understand each other, take care of one another, and mature together. A sweet and simple story. One with lots of laughs, touching moments, and loads of anime tropes, stereotypes, and references. Damn! Hajime is so lucky to have a wife that would wake him up by acting moe. Not like I'm jealous or anything... Huh... That obvious? Anyway....back on topic! The story's pacing is fast, but it's meant to be. Each episode, 3 mins long, more or less, packs a bunch of information and action; nice and neat and right on cue! It just flows naturally and is a lot of fun to watch!
Characters:
Though you don't see much of the other characters, the whole cast is colorful, lively, and fun. All the characters play a role in the growth of Hajime and Kaoru's marriage. When not contributing to the plot development in some way, they lighten the mood with jokes and mishap scenarios. However, the story revolves around Hajime and Kaoru. So, they tend to be most of the show's airtime.Character Rating: 7/10

Artwork:
Some anime aren't made to be artistic masterpieces. Instead, they pull you in by honing onto the plot alone and follow up with decent, fun, and characteristic artwork. This is one of those anime. That being said, this is an art category. The artwork for this anime is fun and full of character, but not all that flashy or breathtaking. Just your average, typical anime art; and there's nothing wrong with that.Artwork Rating: 6/10

Anime Rating:
The anime is absolutely fun and entertaining. I would definitely recommend to anyone into the "otaku" culture. Even though the episodes are short, the story and message it portrays is well thought out and evenly paced. The story, to me at least, seems rather unique and definitely speaks to a teen audience. Though it's a comedy, it brings up many valid points worth thinking about in one's own life. It does have "Adult" humor, being how it's gauged towards the "Young Adult" audience. So, be prepared.
My Final Rating: 8/10

My Final Rating: 8/10
Manga before Anime?
With a short series like this one, it really doesn't matter. However, being how the anime is fast-paced, if you wanted to follow the story at your own pace, probably go for the manga. Word is out that season 2 is being produced! So, the manga would be a good choice to go ahead and prepare yourself for it as well!
Do I recommend this Anime?
As I mentioned earlier, absolutely! Cozy up with your best friend or special someone and enjoy a hilarious and heartwarming ride!
Dubbed or Subbed?
Only subbed is available at the moment, but don't let that stop you from checking it out!
